Vibrational massage is a non-contact therapy that uses the deep resonance of singing bowls to help the body enter a state of deep relaxation. The vibrations penetrate through the body, releasing tension, improving circulation, and restoring balance to the nervous system.
Unlike traditional sound baths, vibrational massage involves a structured technique that can include:
✔ Scanning – a non-contact method where the bowl hovers above the body, helping identify areas of energetic imbalance.
✔ Gliding – gently moving the bowl over the body, transmitting deep waves of vibration.
✔ Stationary techniques – placing bowls on or around the body for a profound sound immersion. -
A sound bath is a general relaxation experience, where singing bowls are played while you lie and absorb the sound. Vibrational massage, however, is a more focused practice that directly works with your body’s energy fields through specific techniques.
Additionally, the bowls used in vibrational massage are specially designed for deeper resonance. Unlike regular acoustic bowls, these are crafted from a unique metal alloy that allows for stronger, longer-lasting vibrations, making them ideal for therapeutic use.

Vibrational massage can be done:
As a single relaxation session whenever you feel the need to reset.
As a course for deeper effects, following this schedule:
✔ Every day or every other day for intensive work on specific issues.
✔ Once every two weeks if you’re doing a short series of 3 sessions.
✔ Once every three weeks for a 5-session package.
✔ Once every 1.5 months for a full 7-session program.
If you’re not sure which schedule is best for you, feel free to discuss it with me before booking.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows you to relax. The massage is performed over a linen sheet, and you will be covered with a wool blanket, so there’s no direct contact between the bowls and your skin.

It’s best to:
✔ Avoid eating at least 1 hour before the session.
✔ After the session, wait at least 30 minutes before having a meal.
✔ Drink plenty of water or herbal tea to help your body integrate the experience. -
Everyone experiences vibrational massage differently, but common sensations include:
✔ Deep relaxation and a sense of peace.
✔ Increased awareness of body and emotions – some people feel more emotionally open.
✔ Changes in sleep patterns – some sleep deeper, while others feel more energized.
✔ A light sensation in the body – as if tension has melted away.If you experience any unusual sensations, simply observe them and allow them to pass naturally.

I work with specialized vibrational therapy bowls created by Sound Yoga. These bowls are made from a unique metal alloy, designed specifically for deep, therapeutic resonance. The founder of the school where I trained is a metallurgist, and he developed these bowls for optimal vibrational healing.
Unlike standard acoustic singing bowls, these produce longer, more penetrating vibrations, making them perfect for vibrational massage.
